The licence
beafk is proprietary, both halves — the full text of what may and may not be done with the software, published rather than left in a repository nobody outside can open.
This is the licence the terms of service name, in full. It is part of
that agreement, and it is published here for one reason: a licence you are bound
by and cannot read is a licence worth arguing about. This page is the copy
that governs — each repository also carries a LICENSE file, and where one of
those and this page differ, this page is the one the terms point at.
It covers both halves of the product, each in its own scope:
- beafk cloud — this service, its web client, sign-in, teams, billing and
the access certificates the cabinet signs.
- beafk — the program on your machine: its binary, its command line, its
HTTP API and everything it serves.
The short of it
beafk is not open source, and there is no source-available edition. Nothing
is granted by receiving a copy, by downloading the binary, by being served the
client by a running instance, or by finding the source anywhere. Rights come
only from a written agreement signed by CyberFruit Lab - FZCO. The program on
your machine needs an account and a paid machine seat to run; holding the binary
is not holding a licence.
The text
Copyright © 2026 CyberFruit Lab - FZCO, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, trading
as beafk. All rights reserved.
In this licence, "we", "us" and "the copyright holder" are that company; "you"
is anyone who holds a copy of this software.
Our repositories, and everything produced from them — the beafk binary, its
command-line interface, its API and the assets it serves, and the compiled
JavaScript, CSS, fonts and other assets a running instance of beafk cloud serves
to a browser — are proprietary and confidential. The machine's HTTP API is
private and unversioned: it is an implementation detail of the panel, and it may
change in any release without notice.
No licence is granted by the mere fact of receiving a copy of this software, of
downloading its binary, of being served its client by a running instance, or of
finding its source or its build output anywhere. Rights are granted only in a
written agreement signed by the copyright holder. Nothing is granted by
implication, by estoppel, by custom, or by our not having objected yet.
This licence binds everyone who holds a copy: you, the people who work for you,
your contractors, and any machine or agent acting on your behalf. If you put a
copy somewhere another person or program can reach it, what they then do with it
is your act.
The binary requires a beafk cloud account and a paid machine seat to operate.
Possessing the binary, or the source it was built from, confers neither. It also
confers nothing at anybody else's service: this software runs coding agents made
by other people, signed in with accounts that are the operator's own and billed
to them by their makers. Nothing here provides, resells or brokers an account, an
API key, a token, a credit or model capacity of any kind, and no part of this
licence may be represented as doing so.
Except as a signed agreement allows, you may not:
- copy, publish, distribute, sublicense, mirror, fork, lend or otherwise make
this software, or any part of it, available to a third party;
- host, operate or offer it as a service, in whole or in part, or let anybody
other than yourself use your access to it;
- modify it or create derivative works from it;
- use it, or anything read out of it, to build, train, evaluate, fine-tune or
improve any other software, model or dataset — including as training data, as
a benchmark, or as the reference for a re-implementation;
- reproduce its design, its screens, its wording, its structure or its behaviour
in another product, whether or not you copy any of its code;
- extract it in bulk: scraping, crawling, mass download or automated collection
of its source, its build output, its API or what a running copy serves;
- defeat, remove, disable or work around the sign-in, account, seat,
subscription, entitlement, signing or access checks in the client, the binary
or the server, or run the binary without a live paid seat;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble it, or use its compiled output as
the basis for another work — except to the extent that a law you are subject
to gives you a right you cannot sign away, and then only so far as that right
actually reaches;
- remove or alter this notice, or any copyright or attribution notice, in the
source or in anything built from it.
Being able to fetch a file does not make it yours to keep. The client this
application serves is delivered to a browser so that the browser can run it, for
that visit and no longer; that delivery is not publication, and it is not a
licence.
Every copy is a copy. A clone, a fork, a cache, a backup, a mirror, a screenshot
of the source, a bundle saved out of a browser, a passage quoted into another
file, and a copy taken by an automated tool are each a copy of this software and
each covered by this licence.
Confidential. Treat this software, its source and its internal interfaces as
confidential information and as a trade secret: do not disclose them, and guard
them at least as carefully as you guard your own. That duty does not end when
your access does.
If you breach this licence — or on written notice from the copyright holder —
your permission to hold this software ends immediately. Stop using it, destroy
every copy you hold, and confirm in writing that you have done so if you are
asked. Any use outside a signed agreement is unlicensed and infringes the
copyright and the other rights reserved here.
A breach of this licence cannot be put right with money alone, so the copyright
holder may seek an injunction as well as damages, and may recover the costs of
enforcement. Failing to enforce a term at once does not waive it. If a court
sets aside part of this licence, the rest stands as written.
This licence is governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial
Centre, and the DIFC Courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising
out of it — including one about whether this licence exists at all. That does
not stop us from applying for an injunction, a seizure or any other urgent order
in any other country where a copy of this software is held, used or offered.
Marks, both ways. "beafk", its wordmark, its logo and the look of its
screens are ours, and nothing here is permission to use them: you may say
truthfully that you use beafk, and no more. The other way round, this software
names and draws other people's products — the coding agents it runs, and the
identity, payment, network and hosting services it is built on — and their names
and logos belong to their owners and not to us. They are here to say which
product is meant, which is nominative use and asserts no affiliation,
sponsorship or endorsement. This licence grants you no right in any of them.
Third-party dependencies retain their own licences.

Asking for something this does not allow
There is a way to do most of the things above, and it is a written agreement.
Licensing, an enterprise contract, an evaluation, or a question about whether
what you want to do is inside this page — one address:

on the legal page.
